She was featured in the YouTuber Josh Pieters\u2019s documentary about the experience, <strong>I Slept With 100 Men in One Day<\/strong>. Lily announced she would be having an*I s*x with as many guys as possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This has raised concerns about her health and even Lily has admitted that something could happen. Lily said she was on Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP) which is a medication to reduce the risk of HIV.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>She said \u201cStuff can go wrong, it\u2019s a con of being in our industry. I make sure everyone is tested but if someone tests the week before and then has sex in between it\u2019s something I can\u2019t really stop.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When asked about her backdoor challenge, Lily Phillips said, \u201cI\u2019ll probably stop eating, I also wear a butt plug for quite a while the day before, and then the morning of I\u2019m douching quite a few times, making sure everything\u2019s cleaned out. Then I usually go in with toys and really stretch it out quite a bit.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lily Phillips also gave an interview to The News Movement and said \u201cI am taking PrEP to prepare for my upcoming a**l challenge, but the risk of STIs is just the nature of my job. PrEP is a drug that reduces the risk of getting HIV. It can be taken by anyone but is commonly taken by men who have sex with other men due to the increased risk of contracting HIV through a**l s*x. My upcoming challenge will include filming myself having a**l s*x with around 60 people.
