That and more appeared to be the burning questions of most fans after the jaw-dropping season finale on Paramount Plus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The streamer has a great number of original series created by one Taylor Sheridan among them Lioness. Others include, of which there are 7, Tulsa King (waiting for a season 3 decision on the show), 1923 (the second season is slated for release in 2025), Landman (new episodes are still being published at the time of posting), Mayor of Kingstown (fourth season is vague), 1883 (aired one season and over), Lions of Syria: Part 1 which talks about how five lions get their own country (one part as of now, times ahead also secure).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A report said that the first episode of the Lioness Season 2 garnered around 12.4 million views on various platforms within a few days after its launch. Interestingly, with those figures in place, has Paramount Plus taken a position on Lioness Season 3 and if yes what is it? It has neither been extended nor cancelled. To some of the other Taylor Sheridan shows we mentioned above, its future is still in the process of shaping.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Whatever the reason, this just seems to be the case with most of Sheridan\u2019s shows. Other than 1923, which was picked up even before the end of the first season, it has generally taken Paramount Plus some time to reach a verdict on the projects created by Sheridan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In fact, the actual decision on Lioness Season 2 was made known officially in May 2024, a good six months before the new season was aired and eight months after the end of Lioness Season 1. So history tells us it could be a little bit before we get an answer on Lioness Season 3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pablo Carrillo (Demian Castro) is a case in which Kaitlyn (Nicole Kidman) and Byron (Michael Kelly) were put in position as a new head of the cartel with arrangements to liaise with the CIA. How will that turn out?&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There was also during the entire season mention of the next presidential election, could Sheridan be courageous enough to try to finish the task and let the new rule come in and see how Joe and the CIA would deal with that?&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If that guess is proved correct, would that imply the farewell speech to Morgan Freeman in the show? Or, would they employ the same tactic as with Lioness season 2 and practically abandon everything and get a new outset and a different mission which will be tangentially connected to what was seen this past season?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There are certainly plenty of options with where Sheridan and Paramount Plus could take the story if they choose to renew Lioness Season 3. Like the US Army, they have identified Capt. Josephina \u201cJosie\u201d Carillo (Genesis Rodriguez), who is a support to elite fighters learns to become a ground soldier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cruz Manuelos, formerly of the Marines, and now highly trained as an operative, also appears in the current season and is also a part of the cast of the previous \u2018Special Ops: Lioness\u2019. Taylor Sheridan is the executive producer of the show.
